We have several Fujitsu fi-6130 scanners used for scanning stuff into II. Whenever we scan directly from II, the only color modes available to select are Grayscale and 4-bit grayscale. There's no black and white option. However, if I scan the document from Acrobat or ScandAll Pro (the software that came with the scanner), we can select black and white mode. Anyone have this problem?? I verified that both TWAIN and ISIS drivers are installed.[Linked Image from ]
