I had the same problem in the past. The solution for me is near the bottom of the first page in the following link... http://amazingcharts.com/ub/ubbthreads.php/topics/49156/1Turns out that setting up the advanced settings in Amazing Backup required that it be run with Administrator privileges. Also, some good info in the above link. Hope this helps....
