I just opened up her whole schedule and highlight the days she's working at her old practice. The yellow top bar is attention grabbing enough that I think twice before booking a pt 30 miles from where she'll be that day. (c: Then, if her schedule changes (as it is prone to do), or she'll be making a house call for this practice, I don't have to go into admin and wait for it to add/subtract appointments prn.
