In 2015, reimbursements will be based on "performance." E.g. having a larger percentage of patients who comply with treatments will result in a larger reimbursement.
So I wonder who is going to look after my non-compliant diabetics, smokers, obese patients? I will have to ask these patients to leave since they will affect my"numbers"!
