Great responce Steven, that is it in a nutshell. The measure is tricky to read through. The easy version is you have to run a report, based on specific conditions, to generate a patent list to send reminders to. It is actually easier than it sounds. Here is an example of a report that you can do that will yeld a high percentage:
- Click the Reports button on the main screen.
- Select the ?Meaningful Use Searches? option in the top left corner
- Select the age range you see the most of (over 65 or under 5 years of age)
- On the next screen, leave ?Any? highlighted, then click Ok
- 2 teal criteria should be in the criteria field. You have to add one more
- Select ?Demographics? from the Category section.
- Select ?State? from the Field section.
- Select ?=? as the Operator.
- Enter the state you practice in under ?Value? (use the 2 letter code for the state)
- Click Add Criteria to Query
- Click Run Report
- Once the report runs, you can print or export the report.
Amazing Charts will automatically count your numerators and denominators for you.
