OP sahs Member Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 11	when our staff needs to put any comment in an appointment schedule in front of a patient's appointment, it shows up as a chief complain in patient's chart note. For example, if the MA puts a comment as 'needs Authorization for the visit', it shows as a chief complain in patient's chart. Any work around? Thanks
