when entering insurance info into the demographics page, sometimes the address pops up wrong. How can we change it? Delete it? By the time different people here enter different addresses, we end up with 10+ addresses under one insurance name (example: cigna) and most are wrong; then the wrong ones sometimes get picked by accident.
