changing lbs to kgs when either of those two words are spoken separately and not in a string of words.
Anybody know if those problems get fixed in the subsequent versions?

I found that this went away when I upgraded to Dragon Medical 11. I think it required tweaking a new setting affecting the document command option of Dragon. It also no longer jumps to the vitals section of the encounter when dictating (
inadvertant field changes ).
