i am not able to electronically prescribe any of the insulin lancets, test strips. is there a reason for this. i call the pharmacy and they say that they have other practices (using other EMRs) send it over electronically without any problems. is this a glitch?
it is a major problem as there are a lot of diabetics in everyones practices!
any thoughts??
