I noticed something interesting when I upgraded AC from 6.12 to 6.33 yesterday.
The threshold percentages for some of the "Core" MU items adjusted (higher). For instance, the Core 2 (Generate and transmit permissible prescriptions electronically) increased from 35 to 74%. I had noticed that, despite using eRx on nearly every encounter, my eRx % was increasing only very slowly. So the 74% actually makes more sense.
I am wondering if running the Database Tuner after the upgrade may have "improved" my MU totals. I had already run the Tuner once after installing 6.12, to reset the eRx refill request counter (on the main window).
Or does version 6.33 do a better job in updating the MU totals?
