OP Age_Management Member Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 118 Michigan	Wow thanks for all the willingness to help. The server and terminal server were using SERVER 2008 R2. For version 6.3.2 i did not use the app install on the terminal server, but for version 6.3.3 i followed your (Sandeep) advice and used the App install. I even used the revo unistaller first. I also am already using the Remote Desktop Services Role. Puzzling I know... Thanks for all the help Ben IT
