We need a better and easier way to track DNKAs.
Currently you can right click on a patient in the schedule and select DNKA, but this does not auto create an addendum (currently the only way to track DNKA's).
What I would like to see is when you right click from the schedule and select DNKA, it would auto create an addendum as well.
Also it would be nice to have an option to set a flag to auto appear if they have missed X number of appointments. This would greatly help us in lower (or at least tracking) the number of DNKA's.
