I did actually use an ipad 'looking' at my computer thru logmein for a few days. Gave it up due to following:
--bluetooth keyboard and case (Zagg) was fiddly- always ipad would crash out of it --with zagg case and keyboard, weight was close to my dell vostro --seemed silly to have to buy a computer or laptop AND ipad for ea user.
