How can the lab reprint the Providers multi-test Orders on one page.
Currently:
Providers send the lab a msg order with patient name and multiple tests.
The msg order doesn't include patient demographics or insurance info like
a regular formal test order form printed out by the provider at their workstation.

But
We have found that we can double click on the msg and it will bring up an order window
where we can often print the more formal order(Its very slow to load).
And It doesn't work consistently. Some providers orders it will let you reprint all tests on one sheet. On other providers msg orders it wont.

Anyone have experience with this?
