One of AC's quirks... as John says, you must go to the note on that date. But you cannot do it through the usual approach (via the "Past Encounters" tab). You must go to the "Most Recent Encounter" tab and scroll (at the top, under today's date and time) to the appropriate date. When you scroll to a date where you took a picture, you will see a generic thumbnail on the "Pictures" tab next to the "Physical Exam" tab. That is your only hint that a picture is there.

I have always felt this somewhat limits the utility of the picture tab (and the confidential tab); there is no way to know if there is content on those tabs, without going through the above process (date by date on any given patient) and seeing it. I think it would be helpful to have a clue somewhere that the chart contains pictures or confidential info.
