We were using the sync option with great success for months. Then we had a bridge installed for one of our local labs to send results directly to AC and since then it has been a chore to get one of our laptops to sync to the main database. We get through 90% of the sync and get "SmartExceptionsCore.UnhandledException @ 3140, offset:198" as well as four others. I chatted with tech support and they told me to sync with AC up and running. That worked once. now I am still getting the same result. Any suggestions, other than pushing my providers to do more charting in the rooms!
