I have some important decisions to make and wanted to ask if you all had pros, cons etc... to using EZ Claims as PMR system?
They seem to integrate well with AC, and I can use AC scheduler and I LIKE that! However, I know modifiers don's transfer. I use OA as clearinghouse and they do pretty well. How is your experience with electronic transmission using EZ claims clearinghouse, or OA via EZ claims, also are there payer schedules or fee schedules on EZ claims? Also any other features that are lacking in terms of data entry needed by staff? Are they pretty robust in terms of billing, scrubbing claims, etc...
