Claire: This is one area it would be beneficial for AC to change. It has to do also with the presentation of your product, as the scheduling screen is something a potential user will often see first. (Ask Apple about the importance of appearance for selling software!) I have seen it compared to eCW, which allows different size slots and even colors for the types of slots. It does not seem like it would be a difficult fix. It is a little shameful when I show off the product and it says Joe Smith 4x in a row because he has a longer appointment - but looks like 4 short appointments. That, and the letter writer, are two areas where AC is missing out on the look and feel of a professional looking piece of software, and also the marketing opportunities that go with it.
