I am referring to the Medicare/Medicaid CMS meningful use incentive program for the state of Texas , they need me to upload the panel for three months showing patient mnedicaid number/dos/claim status/provider number.
I started a small solo practice and dont use any PM , print the encounters on paper and mail them . When I asked the AC tech they said they cant help in this and i should ask my PM( which i dont have or use) , surely there should be a painfree way of getting this data and uploading it on the CMS website ,I am so hoping that a forum member or AC should be able to help /guide me with this .
