I have a quick question atleast i hope it will be quick and simple... yikes! We started using AC a couple of months ago and we needed to log atleast three months of info to send in so of course we are still using paper charts as well bc thats our official method of charting until we convert over so as you all can imagine it's frustrating and overwhelming.. We are trying to catch up with all the logging that needs to be submitted and have ran into the issue of dates being incorrect on the signed off charts. Does anyone know how we can change the date, if possible at all, for past encounters that have already been signed off on and billed?
