Bill, do you have version 6.1.2?
I have 6.12 installed over the older version. I did not uninstall first. Is that something AC recommends??
Bert may have a useful point here. Could the others who have issues with this, even with the newer "fixed" versions please report if they installed this way? Bill, could you try reinstalling by uninstalling first and let us know if it fixes this problem?
