Spoke with AC - their programmer stated that they had not continued to see this problem except with alphanumeric pharmacies (apparently in Canada) - I relayed the name of this thread and he said he would try to get on here and contact those users having this problem so they get it figured out and fixed - also spoke with Jon and he said they would try to fix it once and for all.
