Try this. Go to admin > Services > and stop the SQL Server(AMAZINGCHARTS). Now go to your Amazing Charts folder and delete both meds.mdf and meds.mdl. You can always get this back by downloading AC again, and they will be in Recycle Bin anyway.

Run the database tuner. If it is successful, the go to Add/Remove Programs if XP or Programs and Features if Vista/Win7. Right click on Amazing Charts and run repair. This will regenerate the two databases. You may have to do this with codes as well.

Restart SQL Service.

If this is not successful, make sure all of your client machines have been update to 6.1.2. Then retry.

This is an error which comes up a lot. I don't understand why it is not fixed, because it is frustrating.
