I am new to amazing charts, actually i don't even use it but we have a client that does.
We have setup a virtual 2003 server on which amazing charts runs as a "Main computer"
My question is: Is there a way in which 3 users can remotely connect on that Windows 2003 server and use AC simultaneously? Or do i have to install 3 virtual workstations as well and install AC as a client on those?
Or if i install a client pc at their location will the application work over the internet using port forwarding? (if yes what ports need to be forwarded?) Or it only works over a VPN tunnel?

Hello Radu,
When you setup the server did you set it up with terminal server as remote access or did you config it for application server? If the server was set as remote access only then you can have a max of two user connected to the server simultaneously and will not require TCAL's, however the users that access the serve must be granted administrator level "this could be a bad idea" to access that server.
I recommend that you configure terminal server as application server then just create the profiles for the users that will be running AC. You will need to get TCALs for the remote user, but you can test it out for 120 days first to see if its what you want before you will need to buy them.
Did you setup Active Directory on the server and or is it in a local domain?
Hit me back if you have any problems or questions. I know that printers tends to boggle most people when it comes to remote desktop and AC lacks proper global printing schema like it should.
