You couldn't be more correct. SBS is the only way to go. And, you even get Susan Bradley's blogs on SBS. Let's put it this way. Is Susan tells Microsoft to come out with SBS 2012, they would.

The only thing is you can own a domain name and use it for email, although Exchange is much better as you can do intra-office email (which does not go out to the Internet, backups and a host of other things you couldn't do without Exchange. The other thing is there are a couple of ways to journal email so you can archive emails from all users (after telling them this if you wish). I believe it is already a HIPAA regulation, but I may be wrong.
