I have a 18000 Dollar question.
I am a gastroenterologist. I do not give vaccine, transit patient to another facility and none of my patient have requested patient electronic access.
I would be excluded from Menu items 5, 8 and 9.
However does that mean I got to get 5 out of 7 menu items or 2 out of 7 to get meaningful use bonus?
