It is my undrestanding that 99070 code is used to report Supplies and materials provided by the physician(eg, sterile trays/drugs), over and above those usually included with the procedure(s) rendered and reported separately.
The question is : Do we use this code to report all supply collectively , or each supply seperately. and how much to charge?
