We are recording Blood Pressure in the Most Recent Encounter section (in the blue boxes in the Physical Exam section). The numbers display in the blue bar to the right of the date (and the date is within the reporting period) under the label BP). Yet when running the MU Wizard, we do not pass for Controlling High Blood Pressure (NQF 0018). Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know how to make it work?
Also, the "Click to Attest" does not stay. We seem to have to click each time we go back into the Wizard). Is that normal?
