So I assume you are clicking "Print Formal Health Record"? If so, there is a place in admin options to select what is included and what is not. The bottom box is to include imported items. That must be checked if your photos are imported.
Even if the box is checked, I wouldn't guarantee they will go since they will "open in native program".
