How about a surcharge for new W/A speculums? Reduced fee if recycled ones are used. (it's a joke...or is it?)
Thanks for the post, though. I have always bundled gyn exam with CPE. We'll try billing separately to see how that would work. So, what CPT code do you use for gyn exam (breast and pap smear)? Is the Q and G codes OK to use for private insurance or is it only for Medicare?
