I think simply:

"I hear you, we're working on it" would be helpful.

I know many want PM, but we the issues in 6.0.9, PM is kinda like being in Iraq (nothing political intended) while our economy is going down the tubes.

Luckily, like electronics, physicians and reimbursements are pretty much immune.
