I wondered if you might want to post your instructions on your website with the software, and then it would always be available to new users.
And, I am so glad the bat episode is behind you. Last night, here in Baltimore, there was another report that 188 bats had been removed from homes this summer, and 12 were rabid. The theory was that the strange weather this summer is driving the bats indoors.
