You need to determine the 90-day period that you are going to attest to first off.

Then you need to pick your cores, etc. - Use the Meaningful Use Wizard in V6 to help you. It will walk you through it and offers much guidance regarding HOW to input the necessary information into the software in the proper fields and you will be able to run a report throughout the reporting period to assist you in verifying your progress.

I just discovered today that the CCHIT certification number for Amazing Charts V6 is NOT the one you will need to attest with Medicare. You need this (15 charaters) 30000001SWY5EAK. This number is the certification number that Medicare will be looking for when you attest. You cannot attest with Medicare until after the 90-day period is completed so that you can insert the denominator and numerator for each core, menu, etc.
