I actually did set up my auto attendant on my phone this month to "feild" calls a bit as I have been operating without a receptionist since July 1. I found it really helped put folks in the right pew so to speak. I kept it very simple just appointments and questions in one and Rx refill in another. If I was available to answer the phone great, if not no biggie. It also decreased free phone consults! As soon as they realized I answered my own phone I was sunk!
