I am solo practioner who is credentialed on all the insurance plans. PA already has her own NPI number. I will bill under practice name and put her NPI number as rendering provider for whichever patients she sees. Am i doing this correctly?
Should she be credentialed by each individual insurance? If so, I don't see PA as provider in any provider books.
