I have actually seen this same error message when it comes to printing a script. The eRx works fine on the computer but when you go to print a script and view a preview, then actually click the print button on the toolbar of Crystal Reports (last button to the right) it gives you this error.
I have tried uninstalling the client and re-installing it but is still not working. I figured this would get fixed in the next version. Wonder if I uninstall the client, delete all registry entries, delete the install dir and the install dir for crystal reports if it would fix it.
Perhaps I'll try this tonight.
