Boondoc Member Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 1,128 Alaska	I have a handout from one of my insurers that says the following as an example: MMR 90460 DTaP Pneumo 90461 x 2 another visit... RV 90460 DTAP-Hib-IPV 90461 x 1 It looks like they only want to pay for 1 unit of 90461 with each additional SHOT, but I thought it was originally for each add component.
