I believe the PM with clearinghouse will be 150 per month for the Practice, not per provider. As long as you have all the features that the PM will have you don;t need it, but the checking of eligibility and the other features are great. You may be able to use the PM program and just export to Office Ally or continue to use what you are doing - just having one program to do everything would be advantageous for many of us so that what patients owe and the other information will be great.
