you could use Updox as above, but I think you're charged for outbound faxes, and those records pages add up ... cheaper if you mail the CD as Catherine mentions...
or, if you don't use UpDox... you can use a free software PDF reDirect (
www.exp-systems.com), print each note/addendum/imported item to it... which combines them all into one nice PDF file (which you can also set a password to, in case you use this to make the CD mentioned)... then fax just that one file... free via the PC fax.
