Would you please share some of your templates containing those conditional text as examples.

These conditional items were from a talk I participated in at the ACUC and several people asked to for the conditional items.
The templates were not that good, as they were really made just to show what could be done.
I have seen %MR but it did not work for me. I meant to take it out but in my rush to get it posted after the meeting, I didn't exclude it.
Anyway, here is the text from a template:
