In the prescription writing screen just under the med list. If you highlight a drug on the list and hit history you will find the date the drug was last prescribed. When I enter a drug that was prescribed by someone else, I simply leave the quantity empty and I know that I enter the drug but didn't write it. If you want to find where a script went when eprescribing, go to the newcrop field via button at top left of prescription writing screen and then scroll to the bottom and you can see what pharmacy you sent to. When I started eprescribing I inadvertently sent script all over the place.
