We have a Microsoft LifeCam VX3000 sitting on top of the monitor of one of the vitals computers. It is set at the lowest resolution. Every new and established patient gets their picture taken - they just stand in a marked tile and look at the camera after they get off the scale. We also use the same camera to take pictures of suture progress, rashes, etc. Takes 10 seconds at most.
