So over month after sending our AC databases to tech support since we have been unable to use the offsite backup that we pay for. Even local backups have had a sporadic success rate, and we haven't been able to get a response back from Guardian Angel Support or anyone since the databases have been submitted.

I've called (everyone says they'll call back), left messages, and re-sent our databases multiple times. My assumption was that a grand a year per provider for support would get us actual support since I'm of the mind that anything can go wrong in the meantime without viable offsite backup redundancy.

In the meantime, I've tried local backups and NAS backups and I get error messages each time that halts the process before the database is completely copied. I'm hoping someone here has an idea for me to try out. Thanks for any ideas.
