How do you handle electronic requests for controlled substances. Obviously you can't refill them this way but how do you get rid of the request. I just denied it then had the nurse call it in.
Also, I refilled a couple of meds s going into the "manage via newcrop" screen and now they seem to continue to sit there though I have refilled them. How do you delete those?
