Oh, so you were backing up the .enc file somewhere else. I kind of understand Jon's thinking, but it seems if you are smart enough to figure out how to use the Amazing Backup, then you don't need an auto backup in your AC folder. Plus, it can't overwrite.
One place where they may be tons of space taken up is the Recycle Bin.
