Did you ever get your Imms to save in the HM section? I'm having the same problem with v5.026. When entering new imms, they show up in the plan and can be found in the summary section, but not in the HM section. Also, weirdly, TDaP entered once is recorded twice in the summary section as TDap and TD with the same date.
