Vinny....I completely agree with dependence and tolerance vs addiction. I thin many get this confused...addiction is an issue of behavior.

This thread has turned into a good way to vent our frustrations with some of the craziness of everyday practice. Sometimes it gets lonely in your own office...it's good to hear that others are going through some of the same garbage and it's not just the patients who come to my office.
