The tutorials would be primarily for beginners just starting to implement AC, and those who lack intermmediate computer skills, namely staff. However, videos for more complicated tasks would benefit the physicians in our office as well (e.g. working with interfaces). These two were made last night in a matter of a few minutes:
-transfering an incorrectly imported file from one patient's chart to another
-importing a fax or file into AC
-scheduling
Our staff is building their basic understanding of computers as we go along. While these tasks may seem simple to some, having a video vs. a brief paragraph on the AC website helps them to understand what they are doing on a whole other level.
