I had a surprise today when our office internet went down for an hour. The AC prescription writer window froze with a continuous stream of error messages stating that it was unable to connect to the internet to check medication interactions. We were unable to print prescriptions either, or do anything else in other AC windows until closing the prescription writer window, which was slow to respond.
I suggest an option to switch off the interaction checking, in case of an internet failure.
