Yesterday I took the plunge and attempted to update from the latest V4 to V5.0.26. I failed, repeatedly getting this error message:
An unspecified error occurred
3001: Application-defined or object-defined error
This happened when I attempted to use the database tuner (which would not work). Has anyone else seen this and managed to sort it out? Tech support had not seen this error and could not help me.
